This report presents the results of an inspection conducted by the Victorian Inspectorate (the VI) of Victoria Police records.
Introduction
The Terrorism (Community Protection) Act 2003 governs Victoria Police’s counter-terrorism powers.
Inspection results
The VI conducted its inspection on 25 February 2021 at the CTLU of Victoria Police. The VI inspected records associated with three covert search warrants that ceased prior to the inspection.
